MAP is governed by a Board of Directors, providing strategic governance and policy direction. Our Executive Management team ensures effective organizational leadership and strategic execution.

Chief Executive Officer

Mike Nyirenda

Provides overall strategic leadership and direction for the organization. Oversees all operational functions, ensures alignment with organizational goals, and drives performance, growth, and sustainability. Responsible for decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring effective implementation of policies and programs.

Chief Finance Officer

Devlin Chikaonda

Oversees financial planning, budgeting, and fiscal management of the organization. Ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with financial regulations, and efficient allocation of resources. Provides strategic financial advice to support organizational decision-making and long-term sustainability.

Acting Principal

Isaac Chapweteka

Ensures compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Conducts audits to assess financial and operational controls, identifies risks, and recommends improvements to strengthen accountability, transparency, and risk management systems.

Chief Administration Officer

Gloria Kanu

Manages administrative operations, human resources, and organizational support services. Oversees staff management, policy implementation, and office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in delivering organizational objectives.
